Bob English, went above and beyond his duties, since we were now living 3 hours away from our old home we were selling, and with medical problems that prevented us from dealing with some of the problem that arose in a timely fashion. Bob was very good about keeping in touch with us about the showings and comments. We would highly recommend Bob, if we ever sold again, although that is highly unlikely, we would be contacting him.

We just closed on our new home with Bob. We began working with him in October of 2017. My wife accepted a job offer in Elizabethtown, PA; we had about a month to secure housing for our family. After looking at a few houses, we ultimately decided to sign a short lease at an apartment complex. I really appreciated that Bob was always trying to serve our personal situation. He never tried to sell us on anything, but instead responded to our needs. In March we decided to start looking again, once we knew more about the area. Bob always showed us places that fit our criteria. He moved quickly on locations that we discovered on our own, as well. The house we settled on was one my wife discovered on a Sunday; Bob had us in there that evening.

I found Bob to be an good listener when the process became overwhelming. He wants the experience to be pleasant and does all he can to stay positive, even when small disappointments try to derail that goal. He has an excellent understanding of the local property value and delivered on his promise to find the right buyer to meet my price point. He was polite, professional and helpful in both selling and buying my houses. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Bob had a dual role for us. He was our buyer and sellers agent. We purchased our new home and sold one in a matter of weeks. He is extremely patient, personable and kind. Bob took care of everything. All I had to do was show up at closing and sign. He replied to calls, texts and emails immediately. Even early on a Saturday morning when he was ill. I did not expect a phone call following my text. I was in no hurry for a reply but he was on the phone within moments. He went way beyond expectations for me. I found Bob the be the real deal.
